中消协点名春节高速公路充电难等问题

根据中国消费者协会发布的《春节消费维权舆情分析报告》,2022年春节期间消费者吐槽主要集中于出行、购物、休闲娱乐和餐饮这四个热点消费场景中的前三个方面。监测期内,“交通出行”类负面信息收集了278137条,日均约为34767条。舆情信息在正月初六和初七较为集中,主要围绕高速堵车问题展开。关于消费维权信息中,“吐槽类”占比较大。

在春节高速免费最后一天,一些消费者返程途中遭遇事故堵车,无法及时下高速,但却被收取全程过路费,引发一波舆情热议。相关信息通过短视频传播,引发媒体关注。此外,新能源车高速充电难问题引发消费者一次舆情吐槽,车企客服表示目前没有解决方案成为热点话题。

China Consumer Association indicates that the hardware investment and management quality upgrade of service supply still need to be improved. During the holiday travel period, long queues for charging new energy vehicles and "mileage anxiety" were magnified again. The poor service supply has once again lowered the experience of holiday travel. The improvement of quality and efficiency of public service supply and the establishment and maintenance of supporting facilities that are inherently public, still need to be accelerated. In addition, the lack of a more precise, reasonable, benevolent, and warm humanized alternative mechanism also highlights the need for the relevant departments and the industry to strengthen their awareness and attention to the overall level of public service supply and the upgrading of consumer quality.

In the field of travel, China Consumer Association suggests that relevant parties urgently develop public service supply products that are co-built, co-shared, and co-managed by government and enterprises to ease the contradiction between the supply and demand of the charging facilities for new energy vehicles. This requires both practical policy support to effectively unblock bottlenecks related to electricity supply, space allocation, management coordination, planning and design, and encouragement and guidance for industry enterprises to form a convenient and adaptable charging infrastructure through technological upgrades. Moreover, the level of management and operation methods needs to be upgraded to accelerate the formation of a reasonable layout and the daily maintenance of charging piles.
