Faraday Future前任和现任核心高管拥有的合伙企业FF Global Partners LLC作为创始股东提名盛杰出任Faraday Future董事会独立董事
FaradayFuture董事会先生已经离职，现已提名盛杰先生为新独立董事，并提名为公司治理委员会和薪酬委员会成员。
盛杰先生已被FFTop提名为FFGP指定人选，以填补最近前任指定人先生因辞职而造成的空缺。董事会还提名盛先生为提名与公司治理委员会和薪酬委员会的成员。

现年39岁的盛杰先生自2022年6月起担任FFGlobalPartnersLLC的运营和财务总监，FFGlobalPartnersLLC全资控股的子公司FFTop是公司最大的股东。2018年10月至2022年6月期间，盛先生担任中国航油（欧洲）有限公司的副总经理，该公司是新加坡交易所上市公司中国航油（新加坡）股份有限公司（"CAO"）的全资子公司，同时也是中国航空油料集团公司（"CNAF"）的控股子公司。
盛先生在2008年10月至2018年10月期间担任中国航油（北美）有限公司的财务总监，该公司也是中国航空油料集团的全资子公司，并负责在北美进行航空燃料采购，并从事通用航空相关事业。盛先生于2008年毕业于UniversityofEssex主修会计和金融经济学并获得硕士学位。
